Text marketing is one of the most effective ways to reach your customers, clients, and followers. When people entrust you with their personal information, you need to provide them with value that is worthy of that trust. When I launched The Family Tree Text Club in 2022, we gained 8,000 active (local) subscribers in 18 months and never experienced an unsubscribe to new subscriber deficit. This was achieved by offering member-only coupons, contests, private sales, and early access to new product arrivals. It became our most successful marketing tool, increasing store traffic and attracting new customers.
